T's bday

This day was the most happening day of the whole month. And this is a day I'm not going to forget. Lots of things happened around, still I'm never going to forgive myself for missing ARR's concert in Palace Grounds.

Being an ardent fan of ARR, I've been waiting for his concert from when I know him. I should've been shouting, whistling in the concert now, but I'm sadly sitting on my ass and blogging! I feel miserable for having missed it. Anyways there is another concert coming up in July and it's one of my fav singer who's performing, so that compensates to some extent although not fully.

Today, my cousin came from kolkota and I've had been waiting to meet him from a long time. It was 2 years since we met, and today I was finally happy after meeting him. He's going to be around for 15 days before he gets back there.

Second, today is my best friend T's birthday. Although it wouldn't matter for guys if you forget to wish them on their birthdays, it's good if u remember, otherwise all is well. And he doesn't believe in celebrating birthdays, so he hasn't put it up on any social networking site, naturally only a hand-full of the guys have wished him. Personally, I don't believe in celebrating birthdays too. And I would never mind if my best friend forgets to wish me too. But because I remembered, I gave him a Ferroro Rocher(it's his fav).

Yesterday I ate heavy & variety dinner and in a lot of different eat-outs. My engg friends met up and Rao took us to chaat street. Everyone who visits Blore should visit this place, if not for the food, for the crowd that gathers here on weekends. Trust me, you'll be amazed. The food is good too. You get all south Indian thindis, north Indian food, chinese, and corn is one thing you should not miss out when you come here. The chaat street is open only in the evenings after 6.30 and if you want to eat something at 11pm, this is a place you can count on. The crowd at 7pm is no different than the crowd at 11pm. You cannot notice the difference in time unless you really look down at your watch. So we ate a lot. I can really list out each thing we ate yesterday, but that'll bore you so I won't do that. At last, ate ice-cream to settle all the mess we had eaten, and now I've caught cold and sore throat. I have been advised by my doc to avoid ice-creams and other cold eatables. But I'm a good boy you see! So I'm on anti-biotics now.

I cannot afford to bunk office like how I used to bunk college!! :(( man, college was a billion times better!! So I'm gonna sleep now and I hope that I'll feel at least a little better by tomorrow morning. Thanks for reading!!

  1. AR Rahman is my cousin's favorite! He is like the god of music. And i agree. Sarswati Mata has blessed him with a beautiful gift, and he has shared his gift with us, the public.
I dont know who T is, but happy birthday! lol
And lastly, I am still in college and its a good thing I dont bunk, I would be setting myself up for failure in my future career.
    Best,
    Komal

And I don't think bunking college would actually ruin your future career, there are many other factors too!

You know,I had a gellatto yesterday called Fer Roche(it was great). O how I love good (junk) food. One needs to be a conoisseur to find 'good' junk food and this place seems like a destination. O when will I get a job, go to Blore and go to Chaat Street :( :O
